While many U.S. states have a great job growth, others do not.

Is your morning commute to work just one form of stress you face throughout your day-to-day? Although some would argue that a little stress in one’s life is actually healthy, for many, stress is one thing most of us feel we can live without.

Why? Unchecked stress can wreak havoc on our bodies and can contribute to a host of health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes, to name a few.

    I am surprised that Newark is not at the top of the list. I used to live there. Between people walking out in front of your car without looking and having to dodge potholes, can it get anymore stressful than that?
